ID Thief Caught

a 25-year-old man was arrested july 13 for grand larceny months after he used someone's credit card at an apple store. police arrested kevin ellis, who was caught on surveillance video, using a 31-year-old queens woman's credit card at the apple store on 1981 broadway and west 67th street. ellis was taped signing the woman's name on a sales agreement for a $5,441.57 purchase.
