On November 16, 2005 from 6pm-9pm, High Chai, a new restaurant/bar in the East Village, will be sampling both complimentary exotic teas and Virgin Vines Wine for the public. Hors D'oeuvres will be provided by High Chai. Virgin Vines will be showcasing their new line of Chardonnay and Shiraz at this event.
