High-Rated Hillary
| 11 Nov 2014 | 01:38
Following on [yesterday's Gallup Poll] that found Hillary Clinton leading the way among Latino Democrats, a second poll today finds New York's junior senator with the highest favorable ratings among Blacks and Latinos among the top-tier presidential candidates.
Clinton has an 84% approval rating among all Black voters, with Al Gore and Barack Obama following behind. With Latinos, Clinton is at 63%, with no other candidate over 50%.
The highest rated Republican is former Mayor Rudy Giuliani. His 34% among Blacks is nothing stellar (and nothing surprising), but his 46% approval with Latinos puts him on a higher level than Democrats Obama, John Edwards and even Bill Richardson, who is actually Latino.
