Fragrant Felony

Two perpetrators shoplifted items from a chain fashion store on Water Street. At 4:50 PM on Friday, August 9, two shoplifters removed items from a display shelf, put them inside bags, proceeded to the front door of the store, and walked out. Video is available of the incident. The items stolen were ten 6.7-ounce bottles of fragrance valued at $980 and nine 3.4-ounce bottles of fragrance worth $666, amounting to a total haul of $1,646.
