Forceful Foreman

    A construction worker was injured by the foreman on a job. At 5:30 PM on Monday, July 29, a 35-year-old construction worker got involved in a verbal dispute over work issues with the foreman on an exterior restoration job. The foreman then punched him in the face with a closed fist, causing a bloody nose, as well as redness, swelling, and substantial pain in the worker's cheek and nose. The worker was transported to Lenox Hill Hospital, while the foreman fled to parts unknown.
