A construction worker was injured by the foreman on a job. At 5:30 PM on Monday, July 29, a 35-year-old construction worker got involved in a verbal dispute over work issues with the foreman on an exterior restoration job. The foreman then punched him in the face with a closed fist, causing a bloody nose, as well as redness, swelling, and substantial pain in the worker’s cheek and nose.
