Early Morning Armed Robbery

three men violently robbed a man on oct. 17 at 4:20 a.m. police said the victim, a 38-year-old upper west sider, was standing on the southeast corner of amsterdam avenue and west 72nd street when three men approached. one attacker, who was well dressed and wearing a fedora, put a gun to the victim's stomach and said, "don't move." the second thief put the victim in a chokehold from behind while the third robber rifled through his pockets. police said the trio stole the victim's wallet, credit cards and $700 cash.
