DOMESTIC ASSAULT ON HUSBAND

A woman was arrested after slashing her husband on the left forearm during a heated early morning fight in their West 97th Street apartment. Police said that on Feb. 16 at 3 a.m., Lisa Collins, 41, was arrested for assaulting her husband, though police said he would not cooperate and refused to press charges or let his wounds be photographed.
