Do You Want Sex With That? Bronx Travel Agency Busted For Full Service
Manhattan Pimp-travel agent Saeed Ahmed was sentenced to 10 days of community service and five years probation yesterday for running what can only be described as a [full service travel agency]. Jump Off Destinations offered package deals to the Dominican Republic that included airfare, hotel accommodations anduh oh, this must be the problemsex with prostitutes. Ahmed, who was convicted in May for promoting prostitution, was discovered after authorities were alerted to an ad he had posted on, of all appropriate places, Craigslist. The tour contract reportedly included the number of days the trip would last, the airfare and accommodations costs and the [number of sex partners] the client would be entitled to. The Bronx resident was busted after an undercover detective signed up for the sex tour. Ahmed ran the business out of his Washington Heights apartment, and said he plans to continue the operation, minus the illegal sex, of course. But its not all bad. Court papers reportedly say that Ahmed planned to donate the proceeds to Dominican children. Way to make amends, Ahmed.
