Dent-Up Rage

In the evening of Monday, May 20, a 45-year-old man driving a yellow cab picked up a passenger on 37th Street and Park Avenue. The passenger, a 41-year-old bald man, asked to go to 70th Street and Lexington Avenue. When they arrived at the location, the man paid his fare by credit card and got out of the cab. As the cabbie started to drive away, the apparently-disgruntled passenger punched the taxi's passenger-side rear door, causing a dent. He opened the door, retrieved his phone from the backseat, and fled uptown on Lexington Avenue. Would one call this incident a "dental procedure"?
