If traffic enforcement agents cannot detain miscreants on bikes, then at least they should raise their voices, rather than act like they donot exist.  What would a foot patrolman do?  It seems cops and their friends always have an excuse.My favorite:  &quot;We don&#039;t chase bikes on sidewalks, or people blocking sidewalks --- we go after  felonies.&quot;   Spoken by a cop who never made a felony collar.Just some thoughts,Old Nick,  a veteran of the Criminal Courts&lt;]]></description>
