    Property was purloined from a man's apartment on West 69th Street. At 2 p.m. on Friday, August 9, an unknown person or persons entered the apartment of a 33-year-old man and removed several items. There were no signs of forced entry. Neighbors were unable to provide any information relating to the theft, and there was no video surveillance in the building. Items stolen were a Tag Heuer gold watch valued at $2,000, an HP laptop worth $700, plus several pieces of jewelry.
