failure of taxis to give pedestrians the right of way and unnecessary horn-blowing. You can
bet that such conduct is not tolerated in the suburbs where so many cops and their moms
and pops live. Says a lot about what police officials think of us slobs here in the City. Of
course, it would help if the public were unanimous in deploring these practices.

Oh, yes, I tried murder cases for a living, so know a little about the subject.
