Only he’s way too deep in this here.An elevator,and the two floors have been built already.Top floor is already rented out! $3,000 a mnt. with 3 units a floor.These people have been living with the noise & dirt for about 4yrs! And this is far from being finished. He belives in cheap labor and no managers on site! The building gets cleaned maybe once a month. And he’s still trying to move the weak out!
