Citi Bike Swipe

A 38-year-old man was arrested for stealing a Citi Bike. At 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday, July 10, the man was observed tugging at multiple Citi Bikes at their docking station on River Terrace. One of the bikes came loose, and the man began walking away with it. He was arrested and charged with grand larceny. Each Citi Bike is valued at $1,200.
