Cell Phones Fave Weapon of Choice
It's no surprise really that [Foxy Brown's back in court], this time for allegedly assaulting a neighbor with her cell. But what's up with everyone using their phones (well, in this case a BlackBerry, which is a little more than just a simple cell phone) as weapons? Who knew when the handheld device achieved ubiquity it would also become a handy way to bop feisty neighbors and [errant assistants into submission](http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20008655,00.html)?
Of course the simple slap is no longer a way to get attention, and perhaps it is time to [market cells as personal weapons ]that are easily concealed but just as easily used for self-defense.
Perhaps thats the next step for the iPhone/iPod cult to develop: A way to mace would-be attackers? A new gadget to confuse people you dont like? The market is wide open.
