A man’s cell phone was pinched during a dispute outside a parking garage. At 3:53 PM on Wednesday, August 14, a 56-year-old man from Staten Island was parked in the driveway of an eastside parking garage, when a 54-year-old man walked by with his dog. The two men got into a dispute, and the dog walker reached into the driver’s side window and grabbed the driver’s cell phone from his hand. Police searched the area but were unable to find the cell phone snatcher. No injuries were sustained. The cell phone stolen was valued at $500.
