Bush Approval Ratings (Slightly) Up

    Say what you want about the president's approval rating, but he is at least a notch above Congress.

    A new Gallup/USA Today poll released today finds that President George W. Bush's approval ratings over the past month have ticked up to an abysmal 38%, while Congress sees only a 33% approval rating from Americans.

    Bush's latest rating is four points higher than what he received at the end of March, and is his best Gallup rating so far this year, though by only one percentage point. More [here].
