Brownback's That Close?

Maybe it's a sign of a coming 2008 Republican turnaround, or maybe it's more evidence that people have already made up their mind about Hillary Clinton, but a new Rasmussen poll finds Kansas Senator and conservative Republican Sam Brownback (pictured) within striking distance of the former first lady.

Right now, Clinton would edge out Brownback 46-41. Another Democrat, Senator Barack Obama, defeats Brownback by a much wider margin, 49-34.
