Broadway will have a busy weekend, with street fairs scheduled for both Saturday and Sunday. On Oct. 10, the 17th annual Upper Broadway Fall Festival will take place between West 110th and 116th streets. That festival is sponsored by Broadway Presbyterian Church, the Interfaith Assembly on Homelessness and Housing, the Broadway Mall Association and the Upper West Side Recycling Center. On Oct. 11, the Broadway Fall Festival will run from West 86th to 96th streets. Music, food and more than 400 craft vendors are expected at the fair, sponsored by the Roy Wilkins Center N.A.A.C.P. and Symphony Space.
