Botched iPhone Heist

A 21-year-old woman from Vermont reported to police that on Tuesday night, April 16th, someone came up from behind her as she was texting a friend and tried to snatch her iPhone. The attempt was unsuccessful and the woman told police she heard the person scream an expletive as he ran northbound on William Street. The suspect, a 15-year-old male, was later arrested by police and charged with attempted larceny.
