Big Ideas from Writer Philip Weiss: Pornography, Blond Wigs and Other Roleplay

In his [NYMag piece], Philip Weiss tried to explain why Spitzer and other men are giving themselves permission to have sex outside of marriage. The folks at the new-ish site [Big Think](http://www.bigthink.com/) decided to go a step further, so they [interviewed Weiss](http://www.bigthink.com/love-happiness/11309) about his thoughts on "stepping out" of a monogamous relationship. Turns out Weiss doesn't have a "sexless marriage" instead he has a "sexual" one but he still has the "wife wearing a blond wig" and "tricks" himself to "keep the passion going." Nice. I think we all wonder who this wonderful woman is who can put up with romantic Weiss. Oh, and he also makes sure you know he has always been into pornography.

[Big Think] has interviewed a LOT of people. But we're not sure they could have embarrassed themselves quite as thoroughly.
