To the Editor: How can your newspaper, with any sense of ethics/responsibility, endorse Rep. Charles Rangel? He has only delivered the goodies to himself, buddies and family members, while the dummies in his district keep on drinking the Kool-Aid. Show some credibility; and next time remember this is a democracy and not the Socialist Republic of Manhattan where Mr. Rangel gets to run his kingdom! Leonard P.
