No need for another law: deal with the miscreant! The police can easily confiscate the errant bike,
and the lesson will be learned. At present, the cops just ignore the situation, unlike where they
and their families live.

As though the problem were lack of laws, when it is the lack of enforcement.

Let us see how gullible the public is to swallow this latest insult to their intelligence.

One should add the illegality of riding a bike at night without ligjhts.
