AUTUMN FESTIVAL

The 16th Annual Upper Broadway Autumn Festival will be held on Sept. 12 on Broadway between 110th and 116th streets. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., more than 200 craft persons, antique dealers and artists will sell their pieces at the festival. There will be food stations from more than 18 countries.
