Lawsuit Against Tribeca Photog Dismissed

A lawsuit brought against a local photographer who snapped pictures of his neighbors through their open windows without their knowledge or permission has been dismissed. Makeshift 9/11 Memorial Removed

A judge has ordered a makeshift 9/11 memorial in an office of a city courthouse removed because of a complaint. Courts spokesman David Bookstaver told the New York Post that “someone found something offensive” about the bulletin board display of photos and newspaper clippings in Manhattan state Supreme Court.
