It seems librarians—at least librarians in hipper-than-thou Williamsburg—are getting a little tired of their un-cool, bun-wearing, finger-hushing rep. A Patriotic Brawl

Despite the heavy rain and thunderstorms, an estimated three million spectators turned out for Macy’s Fourth of July fireworks display last night, billed as the largest show in the nation. Now that’s patriotism. And viewers, many of whom crowded onto the FDR or watched from balconies and rooftops, were not disappointed. For thirty minutes, eight

Alleged Lover’s Lane Rapist In Custody
