Attempted Burglary at Nail Salon

a man was arrested after trying to break into kim's classic nail and spa, at 20 w. 64th st., between central park west and columbus avenue. on june 1 at 2:41 a.m., police said louis mallory smashed the salon's front window with a flower planter and kicked in the glass door. witnesses identified the would-be burglar to police, who found the 42-year-old mallory, bleeding from his right leg, on the corner of west 65th street and columbus avenue. he was arrested and charged with attempted burglary.
