Attempted Bank Heist

a man attempted to rob a wachovia bank on may 13 at 12:45 p.m. police said a teller told them that a man walked into the branch at 2040 broadway and west 70th street and said he would kill her if she did not give him $4,000. there was no note or weapon, cops said. the teller refused, and the robber fled south on broadway.
