ASSAULTED WHILE EXERCISING

A man was attacked while jogging on Central Park West between West 102nd and 103rd streets. Police said that on Nov. 19 around 7:40 p.m., a man approached the 25-year-old jogger and struck him on the neck with a chain. The jogger chased the assailant, who fled on foot, but was unable to catch up with him. The jogger refused medical attention.
