Assault at Boat Basin

A man got a bottle to the head during an evening of boozing at the Boat Basin, on the northwest corner of West 79th Street and Henry Hudson Parkway. The 31-year-old Queens man told police that on July 9 at 2 a.m. he was having drinks with a couple of women when he got into a fight with one of them. She took a bottle and struck him on the side of his head causing multiple injuries. Maayra Felipe, 18, was arrested for assault.
