ARREST IN SHOOTING

Police made two arrests in the robbery and murder of a 38-year-old man found dead in his parked car on West 91st Street. Two neighbors, Wilfredo Rivera, 44, and Luis Galeano, 46, were arrested and charged with the Sept. 21 killing, which took place in front of 114 W. 91st St. between Amsterdam and Columbus avenues.
