Apocalyptic Storm Hitting NYC Caught on Instagram

Instagram user d0057 was flying out of LaGuardia at 10,000 in the midst of what is feeling like a rain storm of apocalyptic proportions when he snapped this pic. The thunderstorms are expected to clear up by the late evening, but take precautions until that point as the Service predicts: "Showers and thunderstorms likely before midnight, then a chance of showers. Some storms could be severe, with large hail, damaging winds, and heavy rain."
