APARTMENT BURGLARY

a woman returned home to find that her apartment had been broken into and ransacked. on feb. 17 at 5 p.m., the 30-year-old woman left her apartment building on amsterdam avenue between west 106th and 107th streets. when she returned at 1 a.m., she noticed that the lamp in front of her bedroom was broken, and her sony minidv camcorder, other electronic devices, checkbook and passport were missing. police found no signs of forced entry.
