A Sultry Saturday

This past Saturday, I found my way to the [Slipper Room] and paid the typical five-dollar cover to watch the typical New York burlesque show. But it turned out to be a special night as it was [Tigger](http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=16832866)’s 42nd birthday. To celebrate, the infamous boylesque star did what any self-respecting stripper would do: He put on a show. At 11:30, the other dancers joined him, pulling the old switcheroo—it was awesome to see Miss Saturn perform Tigger’s catholic priest number. Then Little Brooklyn took the stage and worked the hula-hoops with the help of a trusty stagehand who actually held the prop up for her. Bet you wish you were him, huh? For the second act, the performers swapped back to show the audience how their dances are supposed to be done. The birthday boy rocked as he simulated pulling a rosary out of his rectum, jumped into the air and landed in full splits. Needless to say, the man still has it going on. The finale was an ensemble number where the dancers wore little more than whipped cream. It was a delicious evening, a wonderful way to spend a birthday or just any Saturday night.
