A New Yorker With a Clue

Andy Samberg got it right. He reached into his comedic mind and pulled out the single pitch perfect response to the Mahmoud Ahmadinejad visit and accompanying hand wringing. Nobody else found the right balance of criticism of the Iranian President’s personal views without lapsing into an attack on an entire country of people.

With a little help from Ahmadinejad’s twin brother "Fred Armisen," Samberg showed us exactly how a New Yorker should react to crazy foreign rulers. Pity "SNL" didn’t premiere a week earlier, Samberg might have reminded us how New Yorkers are supposed to behave in public.
